  • Are you different from other online job portals? How?
    Monster CollegeTM is actively involved with its partners helping them increase their placements along with following a hands-on approach with them. Unlike other job portals, we plan to:
    1. Convert the art of hiring into a science
    2. Replace chance by logic

  • Who all are eligible to sign up?
    Students across all domains can register with Monster CollegeTM if their concerned University/College is partnered with us. Should you have any queries, please mail us at info@monstercollege.in

  • Does Monster CollegeTM guarantee placements for students?
    We do not guarantee placements. However, we as one of the largest job portals in the world, ensure to multiply your chances of success by offering your college excellent placement opportunities.

  • Why was my friend shortlisted for a job post while I was left out, even though we have same marks?
    It could be the case if:
    1. You have entered incorrect marks in your profile, or
    2. Your Training Placement Officer (TPO) has disabled you from applying as per college policy. Kindly check with your TPO.

  • What happens if my College refuses to partner with Monster CollegeTM?
    In such a case, the services provided by Monster CollegeTM are not available to you as we work for students through their Colleges/Universities. However, you can still check our articles and updates. Also if any of our Companies partners wants to conduct a placement drive with your college, then you can avail of the opportunity subject to criterion.

  • How do I sign up for Monster CollegeTM?
    You can sign up for Monster CollegeTM:
    1. Through your college: When your College partners with us, we open a limited period window for all the students to come and register with us. We create unique usernames for all the students that they can use as their login id.
    2. Direct Sign-up: You can directly sign up with us by filling up a registration form available to you as you click on the 'Student Zone'. However, your College/University must be partnered with us to enable you to access the services provided by Monster CollegeTM.

  • How to login?
    You can login into Monster CollegeTM by using the unique id which is your email id that you used at the time of registration.

  • I have signed up on monstercollege.in but I can't see a job post. Why?
    You can see and browse through the job openings if your college is registered with monstercollege.in

  • How do I ask my college to login?
    Send us your college details at contact@monsterindia.in and we will get in touch with your college.

  • I have forgotten my password?
    Here is how to recover your password:
    1. Click 'Forgot Password' given in the 'Sign-up' box.
    2. Enter your email id that you used during registration.
    3. Click Submit.
    You will receive an email with a password reset link.

  • How to change my password?
    Here is how to change your password:
    1. Log in to your Monster CollegeTM Account.
    2. Click 'Settings' under 'My Account' tab in the top right corner of your profile.
    3. Click 'Change Password'.
    4. Enter your current password and your new password.

  • How to edit my profile?
    Here is how to edit your profile:
    1. Log in to your Monster CollegeTM Account.
    2. Click 'Edit Profile' under 'My Account' in the top right corner of the page.
    3. Then choose the section you'd like to edit.

  • How to get my marks verified?
    1. Log in to your Monster CollegeTM Account.
    2. Click 'Edit Profile' under 'My Account' tab in the top right corner of your profile.
    3. You can see your marks in 'Educational Qualification' box.
    4. If you find any discrepancy in your marks, click 'Request Correction'.
    5. Fill the correct marks in the 'From' & 'To' field. Your request to correct your marks will be created and sent to your TPO.
    6. Once your TPO approves your revised marks, your marks will be automatically udated and notified to you as 'Verified' opposite to your marks.

  • How to apply for a Job post?
    You are intimated about the job posts as soon as they are approved by your college TPO. You receive job posts alerts either by short message service (sms), an email or both. Next, you may apply for the job posts by clicking 'Accept'.

  • How to generate a 'Hall Ticket'?
    A 'Hall ticket' is subjected to the requirement of a Companies. If the Companies you are applying for requires you to bring your 'hall ticket' along, here is how to generate and print it:
    1. Visit your 'Applied jobs history page' in your profile page.
    2. Go to your desired job post.
    3. Click 'Print Hall ticket' button given under your desired job post to generate and print the 'Hall Ticket'.

  • Can I apply after the job post is closed?
    No. you can't apply for the job once it is closed.

  • How to check my messages?
    A student can only receive messages from the TPO. The messages can be seen under the header notifications on 'My Account' page.

  • Can students communicate with each other through messages?
    No. This functionality is disabled now.
  • How to create a profile on monstercollege.in?
    A college cannot directly create a profile on Monster CollegeTM. Should you have any queries related to creating a profile on monstercollege.in, please contact our customer care representative or mail us at contact@monsterindia.in.

  • I have forgotten my password.

  • How do you identify skill gaps?
    Monster CollegeTM offers a comprehensive array of practice papers based on the current trend followed by followed by different industries. The result of the tests is shared with the college management who then identifies the skill gaps of their students and takes proactive measures to improve selection ratios.

  • Can I register only some of my best students?
    Yes, you can. However signing up your entire College with us would be more beneficial for you. As the largest job portal in the world, we not only aim at helping our best students but all students with both employment and employability.

  • Do you provide opportunities only for the students with 60 percent and above?
    Our constant endeavor is to use our expertise to help students with more and more career opportunities. Though lots of vacancies require candidates with minimum 60 percent marks or equivalent grade, there are still many small to medium sized companies looking for candidates with the right attitude. So, there is no dearth of job opportunities with us.

  • What will be the procedure after one year subscription for colleges is over?

    Our team reaches out to the colleges for a renewal of the subscription for the services to help them continue uninterrupted.

  • Does monstercollege.co.in provide training to students for interview preparation?
    Monster CollegeTM does not provide any offline training to its partners; however our platform has an extensive range of informational articles and content to help students enhance their employability skills. The articles guide you through all the stages of the interviews.

  • Why is my college not selected for a drive even though colleges nearby are part of it?
    This can be due to the following reasons:
    1. Your college is not partnered with Monster CollegeTM
    2. Your college not in the preference category of the Companies.
    3. Your college's students profile does not match the selection criteria given by the Companies.

  • What is the procedure to invite a company to my college to do a drive?
    Generally, Companiess themselves chose the colleges for drive according to their selection criteria. In case, Monster CollegeTM has the discretion to choose a venue, we look out for the following specifications:
    1. The college must be partnered with us.
    2. The college must have the infrastructure as desired by the Companies.
    3. The college must be connected through local transportation facilities and must be in proximity to railway station/airport.
  • What is the purpose behind Monster CollegeTM?
    Monster CollegeTM endeavors to simplify campus recruitments for both Companies as well as Colleges. It is a customized platform that brings three entities i.e. Colleges, Students and Companies together.   • Does Monster CollegeTM charge students for participating in drives?
    No. We don't charge students individually for their participation in drives. However, the College/University needs to partner with us to enable their student's participation in the campus drives on Monster CollegeTM.

  • Can we share the list of our preferred colleges as well when conducting a drive?
    Yes. You can share your list of preferred colleges. We will help them connect with you and participate in your campus drives through Monster CollegeTM.

  • Will Monster CollegeTM charge our preferred colleges?
    No. We won't charge your preferred Colleges/Universities. Once your campus drive is done, Monster CollegeTM may reach out to your preferred Colleges/Universities.

  • Can Monster CollegeTM help us with online assessment?
    Yes. We can administer and arrange for your online assessment tests on Monster CollegeTM.
