Domestic Voice Process – One of the leading electronic brands 

  • Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same. 
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
  • Provide Support in inbound call center.
  • Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
  • Use of soft skills like Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
  • Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
  • Shift window: Day window (6am-12pm), 
  • Night window (8pm – 6am)   ,  (Any 9 Hours in between)
  • Work Location: Cyber City, Gurgaon
  • Salary:  1.68 Lacs – 2.5 Lacs 
  • Work Experience -   0 -4 years
  • Designation – Process Associates
  • Education Qualification – BTECH/BE/BCA
       Note: “Females will not be required to do night shifts”.
                  “Males will be required to do night shifts for a month after every 3 months”
